They even erased all the contacts, offers, files.

- Dealing with about 400 clients monthly (20 x 20): I analyzed the requests, I visited the clients and made fast analyze of their capacity to cover the risk, I  found solutions to obtain financing, I negotiated contracts, payments, insurances, custom, delivery, registrations, I concluded and monitor contracts, I solved problems which occurred during contracts, including closing contracts;

- Maintaining the relations with suppliers (ex. Libhher, Cefin, Mercedes, Komatsu, JCB etc) and finding new customers (ex. Apolodor, Rosal, Tarmac, Tehnologica Radion, Castrum, Glacial, Sav Bog, Con A, T Dancor etc).

 

Achievements:

I doubled the number of initial suppliers;

I started several projects and partnerships with the existing ones;

I maintained contact with 346 sales representatives for about 29 brands (suppliers) of trucks, semi-trailers, tractors, buses, construction equipment (115 in construction area, 180 in commercial area, 13 in public transport,  38 semi-trailers);

I had requests of more than 100 millions  euro, over 2.000 requests files of which  735  concluded in contracts;

I gathered information about the market, clients and transport & construction businesses, including clients that used to pay in time their loan;

I exceeded annual plan with 145%, medium down payment of 26 %, interest of 8%, tax 1,5% within less flexible conditions according to ALB 2006 report (Association of Bank Leasing).

My results  were 10% of total VBL contracts and interest, 32% of contracts in the same area (transport & construction)

From more than 1.000 activated contracts I had NO DEFAULTS CASES.

Achievements:

2001:  I brought the company on the 2nd place in Romania as dealer Skoda, compared to the other dealer in Bucharest which was on 5th place. This position was kept within next years

- I created an efficient system for collaboration with leasing companies, with good financing solutions (analyze, down payment, interest, other);

- I realized an increase of 171 %  compared to year 2000  (our competitor had an increase of 40 %, and the importer an increase of 64 % );

- The market  share for Skoda of my team was 8.6 % (our competitor in Bucharest had 5,4 % );

 

2002-2003 - 1st place in Romania as dealer Skoda; the competitor in Bucharest was still on 5th place.

- My most important personal contribution: I found solutions for about 75 clients who would not have bought because of the rejection of the leasing file.  This meant 18,6 % of AVIA sales and 1,6 % of market share from total sales of Skoda);

- The market share of my team from total sales of Skoda in Romania was 8.8 % (competitor in Bucharest had 5,6 %); our market share Bucharest increased with 3% compared to year 2001 (from 21%  to 24%  ); our competitor had very small increase ( he had 15 % of market share );

- I obtained an increase of 30 % for sales in Bucharest compared to year 2001;

- 8% of total Volskbank Leasing contracts; this figure was an increase of 15% compared to year 2001;

 

2004 - I implemented new financing system for growing sales and started up a new department for used cars

My most important professional achievement?

 

I had very good result.  For example:

 

-  In Avia Motors (a boutique company) I sold more than Porsche due to my ideas in marketing strategy. After this, Porsche used my ideas at national level.

Sometimes I was to kind with my subordinates and colleagues who made mistakes so that they keep their motivation, my colleagues loved that but my superiors didn't agree with my attitude because they wanted me to be more authoritative.
